He could actually be a navy officer. And his dress uniform was in the laundry.
Actually, it's Naval enlisted. Granted, if he's active duty, he can't be wearing it to protest.
That's not the proper head-gear for the white enlisted "Cracker Jack" uniform. It should be a white "dixie cup" hat.
