No he's not correct. There weren't ANY czars in the USSR....they KILLED the last one just before they founded it.

That's why it's "technically" correct and funny. Obama has more "czars" than USSR's zero czars.

I see a problem with this guy's sign.

If he made it "USSRs", than it would be a catchy rhyme "More czars than the USSRs" and would not be any more incorrect than it already is.

Obama doesn't seem to have any czars either, though... So would it be more correct to say "OBAMA: SAME AMOUNT OF CZARS AS THE USSR?"
