Who Speaks Farsi?

I don't know what "HAZAZOOUS" means, but it sure is fun to say. Anyone know Farsi? Does it mean "essential", or anything like that?

Perhaps she would have liked it better if it were called Romneycare, since he owned it before Obama did.
