I've always liked that picture, but I do think there's a good chance it's photoshopped. Look how blurry the margins of the guys holding the H and the S are.

I dunno... Those look like JPG artefacts to me rather than photoshopping. Also, look at their hands - it'd be hard to shift the H to the S' position without introducing visible error, I think. And moving the whole morons would be even harder.
