Does this mean he's OK with the left and right coasts, and only hates the states between the Rockies and the Appalachians?

Or did he mean Central America, as in the bit of land between North and South America?

Or does he hate the middle class?

Aha! I've got it... its a suggestion, as in: "Hey, middle America, get out and fornicate like rabbits!"

I dont really understand what he means by this. Does he hate the middle class? And if so does that make him rich or does that make him poor. This sign makes no sense.
