Is it possible to say "Teabagging for Jesus" with a straight face? I know I can't.

Its definitely photoshopped.
Two big clues:
1) Look at the letters, particularly the "j"s and the "S"s. that's what happens when you're using a mouse to create a J or an S. Its nearly impossible to get it right.
2) Draw an invisible line under the words "4 Jesus"
Now look at the angle of the sign, and compare the two. Notice anything?
"4 Jesus" just happens to be at the same horizontal angle as the angle of the image, but NOT at the angle of the posterboard. The line is horizontal to the photo... kinda like what might happen if you were bad at photoshop, and you didn't think to angle your writing to the same angle as the item you're writing on.
