She has such a keen sense of history, and how taxes work.

Hey, she spelled everything right and managed to fit the whole thing on the placard, sort of. Does sheer stupidity alone qualify her for this site or what? Shouldn't there be at least a soupçon of illiteracy? Have a little consideration for the rest of us morons for heaven's sake.

No, she left the V out of "ENSLAES". She (or someone) put it in later with what appears to be a Sharpie.

Justin: You're right. My bad. Also, there's no space between the last two words. The woman is, unquestionably, a highly qualified moron with a sign.

Most of the time I can laugh at these people, but when they not only screw up politics but history, I tend to get irritated. Dumb old bat.

And here I was thinking that the hardcore libertarian types were actually the ones who considered Lincoln the stove pipe hat donning incarnation of Satan for suspending Habeas Corpus during the Civil War.

lol you read my mind. Apparently when Reagan made NINE taxes to which all yield very little to stop the bleeding he caused; no one made a dramatic out cry like today.

When the republicans are handing the middle class's money upward to the very wealthy and giving them tax cuts in absurd amount of millions or trillions (George W. Bush) they were very happy. And multiple wars hot damn. No enslaving people there eh...

I don't really blame her for sitting and holding this one. All those bright colors are making me tired too.

The real irony is, Lincoln is largely responsible for our federal income tax system...
