When The Saints Come Marching In

Lady, you need to watch your spacing between letters, because a wake is a ceremony associated with death. I don't know what a constution is though.

Perhaps it's a wake to mourn their dignity?

We here at Morons with Signs, also known as Morans with Signs, are prepared to pay a $100,000 prize to anyone who can tell us what those things that look like little pictures of shovels are and what the little blue scribble says. (Just kidding)

While it is a bit of sophistry to compare the 'tea baggers" to the Nazis; the periodic signs that say "America Awake" are reminiscent to the ubiquitous NDSASP banner "Germany Awake." These morns scare the crap out of me!

It's the NSDAP or Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei in German and Nazi party or National Socialist German Worker's Party in English, and I agree with you. These people are a lot more dangerous than they look.

No one wants to say it, but most of the people ridiculed on this site are behaving very much like the half-educated Germans of the great depression, whose economic suffering made them susceptible to the vicious xenophobia and race hatred, cheered on by the major corporations of the day, that brought Hitler to power.

This time the flames of what should be called nazism -- there's no other name for it -- are being fanned by extremely well-paid corporate media hate mongers with easy access to nearly every American home. The elected officials of both our major parties, President Obama included, obviously lack the wisdom and courage to stand up to these American brownshirts, and the rest of the media have so far been unwilling to call them what they are.

If America doesn't come to its senses soon, the random genicides of the 20th century will have been nothing more than a rehearsal for what lies ahead.

If you mean those little brown things, those are teabags, not pictures of shovels. Pictures of shovels would be funnier though. Although shovels would make sense if you read the sign as "A WAKE".
