publicALLY is technically correct. Publically is a syn. of publicly ... go figure.
Maybe his grasp of etymology is just far superior compared to the avg. man. Therefore, it's understandable why Gay's won't debate him.

Maybe he meant to say "fellate me publicly," in which case their refusal is perfectly reasonable.
