What's with the whiteness on two of these people's hands? Is that just a photographic effect or is it actually possible that these people are actually turning even whiter?

Perhaps they mean to say that it is their God who is having the doubts - maybe about them...

I like that OUR is bigger than GOD. Apparently Our is more important in that sign than God is.

This should be interpreted as: Do not doubt our will under God.

This wasn't a typo by the sign writer. They are stating that they are submitting to God's will. The problem is that they don't really know what that is.
